THE NSPR DIFFERENCE

Quality content … quality coverage

NSPR is unique among agencies in its ability to retain clients long term, with an average client relationship of five years. This is achieved by NSPR keeping focused on its objectives: to create outstanding content, achieve fantastic coverage, and brief the press that matter.

With that single-minded focus, NSPR can respond to change, but not at the expense of our very clear goals. This is why our results are consistently exceptional, our client list second to none, and our name is highly regarded among the journalist and analyst community.

A proven team

There are certain things that NSPR will not offer: an inexperienced team, for instance. Nor are we very good at playing that great PR game, Account Management Musical Chairs – the original team you meet from NSPR at the pitch, is the team who will manage your account, attend PR meetings, and represent your company in front of your key publics. Just as well that the team has 60 years of PR experience between them.

Our clients. A sticking point

Why do clients remain with NSPR? Simple. They know that long-term strategies and long-term goals are best achieved with long-term partners. And when the partners in question are highly experienced, have a track record of outstanding PR achievements, are known by the IT and PR community, and consistently go that extra mile in order to achieve the desired results, then that’s a relationship worth prolonging.

The longer we work with an organisation, the better we understand its business, its objectives, its products and services, and the better we can communicate them. Critically, we can get to the heart of the company, to the stories that exist within it and the people best placed to share them. This gives us the ability to communicate your story knowledgably, enthusiastically and with authority. But, importantly, a long-term approach ensures continuity, consistency and a strong client-agency relationship that benefits the client as much as the media.

Press and analyst relationships

The senior directors at NSPR are your first-line contact with the press and analyst community. We have worked with many key editors, analysts and freelance journalists for more than ten years. We know what they write about and what they are not interested in. By taking the time to respect their interests, they take the time to listen to us. Second, we deliver on their requests, with responses and material that answers their brief.

This is best illustrated on the Case Studies section on our web site. Campaign examples for TIBCO, Nuance, D-Link, and many other industry leaders underline the strong press relationships we have in place.
