New Media Strategy and Outreach

NSPR devises a clear methodology for Internet-based communications strategy that starts with a complete audit of the available communications channels and their relevance to an organisation. The NSPR team is actively working to produce blogs, audio and video podcasts and Internet launch campaigns for clients.

Analyst Relations

Years of experience dealing with analyst houses including: Gartner, Forrester, Ovum, Frost & Sullivan, Butler, Bloor and Macehiter Ward-Dutton means that we have the right contacts and process to manage analyst relations. This includes messaging workshops and message definition through to analyst briefings on a pan-European basis.

Copywriting and Case Studies

NSPR’s own in house specialist writing team, coupled with leading journalists with specialist domain experience can help produce white papers, opinion pieces and customer case study material to short deadlines. High-quality content is a key ingredient for successful media relations and helps shape editorial content.

Event Management

Many PR agencies under utilise press briefings. Not NSPR. We are renowned for hosting ‘high-impact’ press events that address the most topical issues and present the right third-party speakers, which in turn attracts a strong audience and significant press coverage. Many of our events include customers and analysts alongside vendor spokespeople and on numerous occasions we have turned what was primarily a PR event, into a customer marketing opportunity. Events have included topics such as the applications for speech recognition technology, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) for financial services, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag deployment at Ford and, most recently, an event at Carphone Warehouse covering how a move to a service oriented architecture is helping IT scale to meet the needs of the business.

Media Audits

NSPR regularly conducts media audits for clients to benchmark press perceptions and to help plan and define a media strategy. Such audits can be carried out on a regular basis and can be used to measure the effectiveness of a PR campaign and target efforts accordingly.

Crisis Management

Crisis management planning is an integral part of the PR mix ensuring that the media communications team is fully prepared should a crisis occur. Our methodology ensures that the key procedures are in place and agreed, spokespeople defined and key messages communicated and adhered to.
